All sales at Area 51 Fireworks are final and we do not offer refunds after the product has left our premises. If an item you purchased from us was defective when you tried to detonate it, please soak the item with water and bring it back to the store and we will be happy to replace it with an item of equal value.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for an exchange, you must bring your product back to the store.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, visit us in-store or send us an email at fortmill@area51fireworks.com
